The video call begins with a short consultation, where I learn about your experience with breathwork (all levels welcome) and your intentions.
From there, I will guide you through 20-40 minutes of breathwork. This is an engaged form of meditation; I will be both guiding you and breathing with you the whole time.
To prepare for our session: Select a location with limited distractions, and if possible, don't eat for (at least) the 3 hours prior to our session. Breathwork is more comfortable on an empty stomach!
