My Muse

Some people change the course of your life simply by being themselves.

My Muse is a portrait of my divine life partner, a painting born from years of quiet observation, deep love, and creative devotion. His presence has shaped not only my life, but my work, inspiring some of my most meaningful paintings & poetry.

The spiral patterns embedded throughout the skin symbolize the unseen currents that move through us: growth, memory, spirit.

Before having him pose for the reference photos, I guided him in meditation and invited him to remember moments of our journey together - when we met, how we fell in love, challenges we overcame, the birth of our daughter. His expression carries it all.

This painting is an expression of gratitude to the one who continues to inspire me, on the canvas and beyond.
